3month culture alignment

Building community and Leadership.

The most effective way to create alignment and a collaboration is through working alongside each Leader and their teams.  Over three months we work together to create a solid foundation that ripples throughout the whole business, and with every new addition to the team the high value culture grows the opportunity to expand through their inbuilt guidance system, Emotional Intelligence.

We begin through Group sessions, which includes both workshop style learning and group coaching.  This is a teach to learn style approach which gives a larger scope for teams to grow together, aligning values and knowledge.

The second aspect is where the learning is solidified and deepens the knowledge through Individual Sessions – One on One sessions allows for each person to go deeper into their own personal limitations and create strategies to move beyond them. 

 

Month One - Communication and Core Values.

  • Solution based thinking.

  • Cohesive team strategies.

These are the key markers for Leaders and Teams to be able to continually address both areas that need to be improved or refined and celebrate collective and individual achievements.  Common Core Value base creates a work environment where the below can be created from a Leadership and team perspective.
